The big island of Hawaii is well-known for its snow-capped mountains and natural waters. In February 1995, Hawaiian Springs, LLC took advantage of the natural artesian water from this island and distributed naturally pure water to the people of Hawaii.

Hawaiian Springs is famous for bottling water at its source found in Mauna Loa. This water is nature’s gift as it comes in the form of rain and snow. It then undergoes filtering by going through thousand feet of lava rock and forming an underground aquifer at the lower slopes of the mountain.

Hawaiian Herbal Blessings

Morinda citrifolia also known as Indian Mulberry and famously known in Hawaii as Noni la’au is an herbal plant that was brought to the islands of Hawaii by Hawai’I Loa. This plant whose fruit grows to a size similar to that of a potato has unpleasant characteristics. The noni fruit has a lumpy skin and bad smell when it becomes fully ripe. But aside from these unpleasant characteristics, the noni fruit is a wonderful fruit. This fruit has been found to have healing capabilities due to its alkaloid contents.

Through a sequence of mergers, the Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Company was born. This all started with the partnership of Samuel T. Alexander and Henry P. Baldwin that gave rise to Alexander & Baldwin Inc. In 1882, HC&S was incorporated and in 1898, it joined the group of companies under Alexander & Baldwin Inc. In 1962, HC&S merged with Alexander & Baldwin.
