Long Ears Hawaiian Coffee LLC

longearscoffee Long Ears Hawaiian Coffee LLCLong Ears Hawaiian Coffee started accidentally in the year 2000 when the mule-breeding company 2B Half-Horse Ranch’s sire passed away. They began to take interest in the red coffee cherry trees in their ranch. They started picking and before they knew it, they had 300 pounds of red coffee cherry in their hands. After having trouble selling them all over Hamakua, they decided to process them on their own by purchasing all the necessary equipment, brewing batch after batch. They shared their brewed coffee with their friends and a few old timers where they discovered the history of Hamakua’ coffee.

Now, the Long Ears Hawaiian Coffee still remains the only coffee processing plant in the whole of Hamakua’ that processes their red coffee cherry onsite. Being a family owned and operated business, they maintain a high standard of quality control on the traditional drum-roasting way of processing that gives their red coffee cherries the “aged single estate” 100% Pure Hawaiian Hamakua Coffee that no one else has.
