Hawaii’s Special

The Hawaii’s Special Company started as a lettuce distributor but later expanded into creating the famous Hawaii’s Special Papaya Seed Dressing. They use only the freshest seeds of their home grown Papaya to create their delectable creations. Its traditional peppery taste that goes well with different flavors and spices makes for its well-loved taste. Hawaii’s Special Papaya Seed Dressing does not contain any preservatives because its vinegar content allows for it to have a shelf life of up to 1 year. Aside from being an excellent green and pasta salad dressing, it can also be used to marinade meat, chicken, fish and shrimp. Hawaii’s Special Papaya Seed Dressing has different variants including Scovie Award-winning Original Recipe that has a sweet/tart flavour and Vinaigrette that has a tart/tangy taste and contains no added sugars and carbohydrates.
