The Hawaii Coffee Company is home to the LION coffee, Royal Kona Coffee and Hawaiian Islands Tea Company. In 2000, the Royal Kona Coffee and LION Coffee merged to give rise to the largest source of Kona coffee – the Hawaiian Coffee Company. In 2003, Hawaiian Islands Tea Company joined the team.
LION Coffee has been around since 1864 and has become one of Hawaii’s favorite gourmet coffees. They are the largest buyer of Kona coffee and produces only the finest roasts. Their factory located in the island Oahu offers factory tours and has a café so that visitors can enjoy their coffee right where it is made.
Royal Kona Coffee produces superior coffee from the biggest source of Kona coffee in the world. Being of high quality, their coffee is supplied at only the top hotels and restaurants in Hawaii. The Royal Kona Coffee visitor center in Captain Cook offers free taste of their coffee while you enjoy seeing the process of how it’s made.
Hawaiian Islands Tea Company is the newest addition to the Hawaii Coffee Company. It offers a taste of Hawaii’s tropical teas by incorporating a distinct flavor to each island of Hawaii. It gives a taste of what each island has to offer through their teas.
