But he couldn’t find genuine Mexican flavors in local grocery stores everywhere. For someone with a long tradition of Mexican-style cooking, Art partnered up with carole Richelieu and began producing authentic Mexican foods in the islands in their Tortilla Factory Tacqueria selling very popular authentic Mexican recipes.
